I became a Licensed Massage Therapist after walking through my own healing journey. Like many people, I started by trying to heal my mind. Therapy helped — but my shoulders were still bracing for danger, like nothing had changed. That’s when I realized the body carries its own story.
That realization led me to massage therapy. I wanted to understand how the body holds what the mind can’t process — why tension returns to the same places, and why some muscles resist no matter how much you stretch. I learned that the nervous system lives in the tissue, and I’ve dedicated my work to supporting it directly.
My approach blends therapeutic skill with grounded intuition. I specialize in chronic tension, stress relief, neck and back pain, headaches, and trauma-informed care. Clients often tell me I find the places others miss — and that they finally feel safe enough to truly relax.
